      • Art. 6 sec. 1(b) of the DPA, to the extent that it is necessary for the performance of the contract between us.
      • Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c GDPR, i.e. to the extent necessary to fulfill the obligations incumbent on us with such financial settlements, including tax settlements.
      • Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR, i.e. processing to the extent necessary to achieve the goals resulting from our legitimate interests and the possible need to defend or implement civil law claims.
    6. The data provided will not be transferred to a third country or an international organization;
    7. Recipients of data: Recipients of your data may be external entities authorized under the law, superior units, entities providing services to the Administrator on the basis of entrustment agreements;
    8. Your data will be stored for the period necessary to implement our business relations, including contracts, orders and orders – until the end of the limitation period (5 years plus 1 year or until the consent is withdrawn)
    9. When providing your personal data, you have the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;
