Rental conditions

  1. The website hayduk.pl is intended for booking accommodation in Hayduk apartments.
  2. The owner of the website and the apartments presented on the website is the company PPUH Hayduk Andrzej Wojtaszek-Hayduk, ul. Moniuszki 11, 68-200 Żary, NIP 928-000-05-36, REGON 970030228, bank account number of Santander Bank Polska SA 47 1090 2561 0000 0001 3427 3199 SWIFT code: WBKPPLP.
  3. Apartments can be booked online via the website.
  4. The condition for the reservation is online payment of 100% of the rental price at the time of booking.
  5. It is possible to pay for the reservation in the facility, before checking in from Monday to Friday after prior appointment at a specific time.
  6. The payment operator is Przelewy24.

  9. We accept payment cards at the facility.
  10. Accommodation in the apartments is self-service based on detailed instructions and access codes sent via SMS and / or e-mail 1 or 2 days before arrival. The guest receives an access code to the main entrance door and to a locker located in the reception hall. After entering the code, the guest will open a locker with the keys to the apartment and cards entitling to free parking at the facility.
  11. Accommodation is possible from 15:00, check out until 11:00 on the last day of stay.
    If the reservation is canceled one or more days before arrival, the Guest will receive a full refund of the funds paid, less the commission of the payment operator. The return will be made within a maximum of 7 business days to the indicated bank account. In case of cancellation less than 1 day before arrival, the reservation is non-refundable. Possible return in such a case is considered individually.
  12. All complaints should be submitted in writing via the contact form on the website hayduk.pl/kontakt or by e-mail to the address recepcja@hayduk.pl. The time of responding to the complaint is up to 7 business days.
