Pursuant to Article 13 (1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation), we would like to inform you that:

– directly from you;

– from public and generally available sources, including the Internet, e.g. Of the National Court Register, Central Register and Information on Economic Activity.

– contact details;

– data required for identification for the purposes of concluding a contract, performing a service, issuing an invoice, after-sales service, account numbers for settlements between Hayduk and the Customer;

– identification data necessary to provide online services;

Your personal data will be processed on the basis of:

– Art. 6 sec. 1 letter b of the GDPR, to the extent that it is necessary for the performance of the contract that binds us.

-art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c GDPR, i.e. to the extent necessary to fulfill the obligations incumbent on us with such financial settlements, including tax settlements.

-art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR, i.e. processing to the extent necessary to achieve the goals resulting from our legitimate interests and the possible need to defend or implement civil law claims.

  1. The data provided will not be transferred to a third country or an international organization;
  2. Recipients of data: Recipients of your data may be external entities authorized under the law, superior units, entities providing services to the Administrator on the basis of entrustment agreements;
  3. Your data will be stored for the period necessary to implement our business relations, including contracts, orders and orders – until the end of the limitation period (5 years plus 1 year or until the consent is withdrawn)
  4. By providing your personal data, you have the right to object to the processing, the right to transfer data, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
  5. The person providing their data has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body, which is the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection, address: ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, at any time;
  6. Providing personal data is voluntary, only on the basis of its own free will, however, in the absence of consent to the processing of personal data, the Company will not be able to maintain contact and provide relevant information;
  7. We do not provide for the automated processing of personal data, and we will not use profiling for this data.
